He started his career in Indian Air Force as an officer in the Aeronautical Engineering – Electronics Branch and held the rank of Flight Lieutenant before leaving IAF and joined Chennai based Murugappa Group as a Manager in their Electronics Division. He left Murugappa Group and became an entrepreneur and founded Future Techniks India Private Limited, a pioneer in India in the field of self-service automation who are manufacturers and exporters of automatic self-service vending machines and touch screen-based transaction kiosks.An inventor by himself, he holds two patents to his credit and had commercially assigned those Patents to a reputed large business group in India in the year 2008.
He is an experienced IPR Attorney and Advocate and is a Registered Patent Agent as well. Mangalam Associates , a boutique IP Law Firm founded in 2016 is one of the rare and unique Intellectual Property Law firms in India that has a Founder who is an inventor with expertise and experience in Engineering, Entrepreneurship, and expertise in law, particularly in the domain of Intellectual Property Rights. He is an insightful speaker on Intellectual Property Law and has conducted seminars for Corporates, delivered lectures through online and off-line mode to many educational institutions and in other forums to encourage and promote IPR awareness and IP creation in the country.
